Casual and relaxing during the daytime, distinguished and romantic during the evening, the Cactus restaurant offers two different ambients that will surely please everyone: an indoor air-conditioned saloon and a lovely adjoining terrace with a view of the central court yard cactus gardens and the ocean.

"El Dorado" Lobby Bar
 A traditional meeting  place in San Jose where the size of the catch of the day of our fishermen guests grows larger and larger as they savor the  incomparable margaritas of Chuy, our internationally famous bartender. Air-conditioned.
Opens at noon until the wee wee hours 
 
"Wahoo" Poolside Taco & Restaurant
Located at poolside, it's the best guy and whale watching spot in town. Has a wet and dry bar that serves our guests their favorite cocktail while at the bar, in the pool or in the beach area.
For your convenience and delight you can enjoy a fresh "ceviche", "guacamole", fish tacos, fajitas, a light salad and many other selections with your favorite beer in the comfort of your beach attire, under the shade of a coconut tree in one of our convenient poolside tables.  
 
If you are a fisherman and want to savor your catch of the day we will prepare it to your liking. If you prefer to have a meal in the privacy of your room our restaurants provide room service.
